Alumni Council

The Dunham Alumni Council supports the Alumni Association by planning and hosting events that keep former Dunham Tigers connected with each other and the school, including the Dunham Cup Golf Classic, Breakfast with Santa, Alumni Giving Day, and Alumni Weekend.

CARNIVAL

Carnival brings together the entire Dunham community for a day of games, food, entertainment, and fellowship! This favorite event fundraiser is held each spring with proceeds supporting Dunham arts and athletic programs.

DUNHAM PARENTS ASSOCIATION

The Dunham Parents Association (DPA) serves students, teachers, and fellow parents by fostering a stronge sense of community. In addition to welcoming new families, the DPA plans a number of events, including the used uniform sale, teacher appreciation week, and the father-daughter dance.

GRANDPARENTS ASSOCIATION 

All grandparents are invited to join the Dunham Grandparents Association. Members of the Grandparents Association’s steering committee help coordinate volunteer activities and plan opportunities for grandparents to get acquainted and stay involved with the school.

Members of the Jubilee committee help plan and host the school's largest event fundraiser. Proceeds from Jubilee support Dunham's academic, fine arts, and athletic programs.

MEN'S CLUB

Open to fathers, grandfathers, and alumni, the Dunham Men's Club serves as a support group that provides service to the school community and plans activities that foster school spirit and a fraternal social atmosphere for members.

DUNHAM PARENT AMBASSADORS

Parent Ambassadors support the Admissions Office by serving as admissions liasons for prospective famillies, assisting at open houses and other recruitment events, and helping to spread the word about Dunham in the Baton Rouge community.

PAWBACKERS

Pawbackers sports clubs support and enhance all Dunham athletic teams by organizing promotional and fundraising activities as deemed appropriate by the Pawbackers board in consultation with the school administration. Every Dunham parent is invited to join one or more of the individual sports clubs.

PARTNERS IN THE ARTS

The mission of Parnters in the Arts is to enhance, promote, and support fine arts at the school. The group also assists in raising additional funds for the fine arts department so that Dunham students continue to wow audiences on the stage, in the art studio, and marching on the field.

PAW PERKS

Paw Perks is a corporate rewards program supported by a number of companies, including Amazon, Box Tops for Education, Coca-Cola, and Community Coffee, that allows anyone to make a contribution to Dunham simply by shopping. Paw Perks volunteers ready to organize and submit codes in exchange for corporate contributions to the school.

PRAY DUNHAM

Pray Dunham offers parents the opportunity to gather for school-wide prayer on the first Friday of every month. Pray Dunham also works to serve the community by nurturing a spirit of fellowship through services such as National Day of Prayer and See You at the Pole. Pray Dunham typically meets the first Friday of every month at 8:00 am.
