Dear Upper School Parent:
In 2009-10, The Dunham School implemented an individual student community service program in order to further our mission of educating hearts and minds for Christ. This program strives to promote the life-long practice of serving, learning, and leading.
Each student has been asked to perform a minimum of twenty-five (25) service hours per academic year. THIS COMMUNITY SERVICE IS A REQUIREMENT FOR GRADUATION.
The forms for community service work and the accompanying written reflection guidelines have been placed under student portal on The Dunham School webpage, as well as a description of the program itself, qualifications, and calculation of hours earned. April 15th is the deadline for each year’s service hours’ completion.
